A)
Arrival time is normaly planned on Saturday afternoon between
4 pm and 8 pm.
Departure times is normaly planned on Saturday mornings between
10 am and 11 am.
B) Concerning weekends (except in July or August), you can
arrive on Friday (from 3 pm to 8 pm) and leave until Monday 10 am.
C) Please, occupy these places personnally, as if you were
at home, don’t forget to look after them.
All our facilities work and any complaint concerning them which
would take place more than 24 hours after your arrival will not
be admitted.
The inventory list (given when arriving) will have to be checked,
signed and given back to the reception, on the day of your arrival.
In case of repairing due to carelessness or bad care when booking,
the bill will be in charge of the tenant.
The neighbourhood tranquility will not be disturbed by the tenant
or his family.
Pets are allowed but must not be left alone in the accommodations.
For non-smokers ‘ well-being, please do not smoke inside houses
and cottages.
D) Accommodations are hired with kitchen ustensils, crockery,
glasses, blankets and pillows. If necessary, the owner or his representative
will be allowed to ask for the cleaning price (amount of 45 €)
or for any replacement (you will have to pay for the total value)
of objects, furniture, broken, cracked, chipped or impaired items.
This also concerns objects whose worn state would exceed their normal
use. You also will have to pay the price of blanket cleaning (if
given back dirty). An indemnity will be asked in case of spoiling
of any kind concerning curtains, ceilings, windows, beds…
E) The deposit (300 €) will have to be paid by cheque.
It will be given back 15 days later by post (except in case of
deduction, see paragraph D)
A 45 €-cheque (surety/cleaning) will also be asked and given
back the week after your departure.
F) For any departure by night, the cleaning price (a 45 €-rate)
will automatically be asked.
G) We are in any case responsible for the loss of private
objects, injuries or dammages that may come up to holiday-makers,
or their belongings during their stay. In case of non-respect or
severe fault, our company will not be taken for responsible.
